Ultrasonic Cleaners – Useful but Not Magical

Ultrasonic cleaners remove dirt but do not kill germs.

Ultrasonic cleaners are excellent for removing dirt from textured tools and clippers. They do not kill germs.

We use them only as a pre-cleaning step. After ultrasonic cleaning, tools still go into proper disinfectant. Using disinfectant inside the ultrasonic machine is wrong and can make the chemical less effective.
