We don't ask for sensitive information such as ID numbers, and we don't collect payment details to give you a reading.
When you take or upload a photo for a reading, that image is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic's Claude) which analyses it and returns a description of what it sees. We use that to build your reading.
We do not store your photo. It is used to generate your reading and then discarded. We never post it, publish it, or share it with anyone other than the AI service that produces the reading.
We share data only with the service providers that help us run this — for example our customer-management system (GoHighLevel), our booking tool (TidyCal), the AI service that produces your reading (Anthropic), the messaging platform we reply on (WhatsApp / Meta), and our analytics provider. They process it on our behalf, under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We message you only because you asked for a reading or otherwise agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us — and we'll stop.
We use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.
We keep your contact details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. You can also raise a grievance about how we handle your data. To do any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond.
Our services are intended for adults (18 and over). We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we'll remove it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
