What we fix, what we refund, and the notice we need.

Every service at Based Aesthetics is delivered under a documented protocol. When something falls short of that protocol, we correct it. This page states exactly how — no fine print, no ambiguity.

01 — Completed services

We fix. We don't refund completed work.

If your set lifts, chips, or fails within 5 days of your appointment, we redo the affected work at no charge. Book the fix through the same channel you booked the service, and bring the failure to us as it is — don't remove or repair it yourself first, because we assess before we correct.

Cash refunds are not issued for services that have been performed. The remedy is correction, done under the same protocol as the original service.

02 — Prepaid packs & Founding 100

Packs and memberships are final.

Session packs (Pack of 5, Pack of 10) and Founding 100 membership are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are priced below single-session rates because they represent a commitment on both sides — ours to hold the rate, yours to use the sessions.

Unused sessions do not convert to cash, credit for other people, or retail value.

03 — Cancellations & no-shows

24 hours' notice. That's the line.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit moves with you — no penalty.

Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. Your appointment reserves a technician, a sterilised instrument set, and single-use materials opened for you alone. Inside 24 hours, that slot cannot be refilled and those preparations cannot be reversed.

Notice < 24h / no-show: deposit forfeited
04 — Duplicate or failed payments

Payment errors are refunded in full.

If you are charged twice, or charged for a booking that failed to confirm, the duplicate or failed amount is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds of this kind are processed within 7 working days of verification.

05 — Raising an issue

Tell us within the window.

Contact the studio through your booking confirmation, WhatsApp, or in person. State the appointment date, the service, and what failed. We respond within one working day.
