E-File Bits Need Proper Disinfection (Acetone Is Not Enough)
Cleaning e-file bits with only acetone does not kill germs.
Many people clean e-file bits with acetone and think the job is done. Acetone removes product, but it is not a disinfectant.
E-file bits must still be properly cleaned and then sterilized in the autoclave between clients. We never skip this step.
