We do not make exceptions that compromise nail health.
Clients sometimes ask us to make an exception.
“Just push it back more.”
“Just file the infected part.”
“Just use the strong remover, I’m in a hurry.”
We don’t do “just this once.” Standards only work when they are consistent.
