The Glove Standard Most Salons Ignore
Why we only use thick nitrile gloves and change them for every client.
Thin gloves (4 mil) tear easily and give weak protection.
We use nitrile gloves that are minimum 6 mil thick (8 mil is better). They are:
- Stronger
- Safer for latex-allergic clients
- Powder-free
- Changed for every single client
Reusable gloves collect product and germs. Fresh disposable gloves are the only standard we accept.
