If a nail is clearly infected (colour change, crumbling, red inflamed skin), we will not file it.
Filing releases pathogen-filled dust into the air. That dust can affect you, the next client, and the technician.
We will explain kindly and suggest seeing a doctor. Losing one service is better than risking everyone’s health.
